Cathy Skala

Cathy Skala is vice president of the business transformation office. 

Skala joined Baxter in 2007 and served in roles of increasing responsibility with information technology, acquisition integrations and divestiture separations prior to her current appointment. Before joining Baxter, she worked in senior information technology positions at Hospira and Abbott.

Skala received a bachelor of science in interior design from Winthrop University and her MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management.
